Pizza Oven Features and Accessories That Bring Ease to Your Experience

Electric pizza ovens make homemade pizza easier, cleaner, and more consistent—and the right accessories help you get the very best results every time. Explore how each tool supports launching, serving, protection, or versatility in your setup.

Required accessories for smart electric pizza ovens

Electric pizza ovens don’t require fire tools, chimneys, or turning peels used in wood or gas setups. With the Model P Smart Pizza Oven, you only need the essentials, like pizza peel, because the oven’s consistent electric heat means you never need to rotate your pizza mid-bake. Smart app presets and eight cooking modes adapt to any style, from Neapolitan to frozen.

Choosing the pizza oven bundle

Current® offers multiple curated accessory kits. Each bundle includes the tools you’ll use most, without the guesswork.

Discovery Bundle: the complete set of tools and trays for outdoor or high-volume pizza nights.
Indoor Bundle: essentials designed for countertop setups with the Model P.
Outdoor Bundle: weather-ready picks built for backyard cooking.

All-weather covers, carts & outdoor setup

For year-round cooking, the Softflex™ Pizza Oven Cover, Cart Cover, and Pizza Cart help protect your oven and accessories from rain, UV exposure, and dust. These accessories fit securely, preserve your oven’s condition, and make it easy to set up a stable outdoor station, perfect for patios, balconies, and small outdoor kitchens.

Tools for Neapolitan, NY, and Detroit-style pizza

Every pizza style benefits from the right tool.

Neapolitan: high heat + cordierite pizza stone
New York-style: easy launching with the Pizza Peel
Detroit-style: crisp, caramelized edges with Cast Iron Sizzle Plates

These work seamlessly with the Model P’s 8 cooking modes for consistent, style-specific results.

Smart cooking modes explained

The Model P Smart Pizza Oven includes eight modes—Neapolitan, NY-style, Detroit, Thin Crust, Frozen, Broil, Bake, and Sear. Each pizza mode adjusts heat and timing automatically to produce the right texture and rise for your chosen pizza style. The other three modes are for more versatile cooking, from baking cookies to searing steaks. With in-app control, temperature guidance, and notifications, meals become easier and more predictable.
