General
An electric pizza oven is a small appliance that uses electrical heating elements to heat the oven chamber to deliver 850°F temperatures allowing you to cook a Neapolitan pizza in just 2 minutes.
Unlike traditional pizza ovens that are often limited to outdoor use or require manual rotation for even cooking, our electric design eliminates these limitations. Enjoy the freedom to bake restaurant-quality pizza anywhere, without the worry of running out of fuel or unevenly cooked results. Most pizza ovens are designed for outdoor use only, and many gas-powered models demand constant attention to rotate your pizza. Current Backyard redefines convenience and consistency for pizza lovers.
We believe our electric oven surpasses traditional gas or wood-fired options, offering unparalleled versatility in cooking location and the consistent heat essential for a wider range of dishes. While achieving similar rapid preheating times as gas and wood ovens, our electric advantage lies in seamless internet connectivity. Receive real-time notifications when your oven reaches the perfect temperature, allowing you to focus on your guests, party coordination, or preparing other elements of your meal. Expect restaurant-quality results, effortlessly achieved, every time.
Smart Connectivity and App Integration - This enables precise temperature control, remote monitoring, and potentially smart cooking programs
Electric Convenience with fuel limitations - the Model P eliminates the need for propane tanks or wood, offering a seamless cooking experience without the worry of running out of fuel mid-cook. This is a significant advantage for apartment living where fuel storage can be a hassle
Even heat distribution, no rotation needed - Our electric design ensures consistent and even heat throughout the cooking chamber, addressing a common issue with many pizza ovens that require manual rotation or additional hardware that rotates the stone for you for even cooking.
Designed for a modern lifestyle - The sleek, tech-forward aesthetic is specifically designed to appeal to those who value both performance and style in their appliances.

CLEANING
It is recommended to clean your pizza stone after each use.
To clean the stone:
Allow the stone to cool completely before removing it from the oven.
Use nylon bristle brush to remove food particles.
Using a plastic spatula or bench scraper, scrape off any baked-on cheese or food residue
Use a damp cloth to wipe all remaining residue from the stone.
Air dry the stone prior to returning it to the oven.
NOTE: If you soak the stone in water, the steam from the water in the stone will slow the preheat time by double. We recommend wiping with damp cloth rather than deep soaking in the sink. Do NOT use soap on the stone.
Your stone will become darker over time as oils from pizzas are baked into the stone. This does not impact your performance or life of your stone.
