Directions

Preheat one side of your grill to 400°F and the other to 300°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper and garlic. Form into 6 patties.

Place burgers on 400°F side and poblano chilis on 300°F side.

Cook burgers for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes for medium-rare patties. Top with Monterey Jack cheese for the last minute to melt the cheese.
5.
Occasionally turn poblano chilis to avoid burning them. Remove or place on top warming rack when charred to your liking.
6.
Assemble burger with poblano chili, lettuce, tomato, avocado and your favorite condiments.
