I love this thing!
"This is a great pizza oven. I have family with a conventional, restaurant style gas pizza oven. This oven meets or exceeds that performance. I use it probably three times in the last 3 weeks. I had a bunch of buddies over and we made a half dozen pies. The longest part of the pie making was the rolling out and the topping. This oven speedily cranked out pies in a minute and 45 seconds or so. Two of my buddies ass immediately where did I get this and how much did it cost. Everyone agreed the pizza was fantastic. I would suggest using a lower hydration dough and rolling it out nice and thin to prevent blisters from forming. This thing is so much hotter than a conventional oven that those blisters can get really big really fast and knock all your toppings off. No notes, I love this thing"

Great little oven!
"We've had our Model P for a little over a week now, and I love it! The pizza is so much better than when made in our oven and it is much faster too. This little oven heats up to 850 faster than my regular oven heats up to 550, and it doesn't over heat the kitchen! And it's small enough that I can take it to a 4th of July party tonight."

Great Fathers Day Gift
"We have had so much fun as a family making pizzas and testing out other things in the oven! I highly recommend getting the griddle plates so you can make wings, deep dish, cookies, etc… there is a learning curve but it’s fun!"

"I love the oven in every possible way. We made great pizza the first time! we have done neopolitan, thin crust and made foccacia as well. We had an Ooni pellet version and really liked, but it was challenging consistently getting it to temperature. The current is so easy and consistent!"

Precise Baking as designed.
"I have made a half dozen pizzas in my new oven so far. The only problem that I have had is getting the pizza off the peel and centered onto the stone. Once that is out of the way, the oven bakes perfectly at the selected temperature and is done quite nicely at the time suggested by the oven. I do wish the opening and the stone width for that matter were a bit larger so as to allow more motion with the peel upon launch (which is the only reason for the four stars). We are quite happy."

My first pizza oven
"For many years I cooked pizza in my home oven without success. Recently I started watching videos on how to make pizza at home. Many showed them using various pizza ovens from electric to wood fired. I wanted electric to use in my house and could make various styles of pizza. Of the ovens I reviewed Current Model P had the most versatility and reliability. I bought it and finally making professional pizza at home."
