"I’ve had so many issues with regular grills, I went to a friends house and he made absolutely perfect steaks, burgers and sausages on his griddle. He gave up on his grill and I felt it was time for me to do the same. So far the steaks I’ve made are perfectly seared and made them how my family likes it, rare and medium. I’m so glad I took the all electric plunge and bought the model G."

"My griddle works great and (mostly looks great) but the control panel on mine arrived bent and isnt fully aligned so I worry about moisture/water getting in. It also pops open completely exposing all the wires behind the screen and knob if the lid is shut too hard. Food cooked on it is great though and is easy to use/heats up as advertised."
"Set up was a breeze - packaged well. Love using the flat top for pancakes, bacon, sausage, grilled sandwiches, smash burgers - you name it. If you love the convenience of an electric griddle that's a decent size but doesn't take up half the garage, this is the one to use. Highly recommend the SoftFlex Grill and Griddle cover as well!"
"First griddle we received unfortunately would not heat up. After several calls to customer service and several attempts to determine the problem it was decided that a new griddle would be shipped. It had been received, assembled, and confirmed that it would heat up. My husband had seasoned the griddle and we look forward to being able to try it out over Memorial Day weekend."
