Outstanding pizza oven!
"I’ve been able to use my new Model P 4 time over the vast 10 days and I love it! 3 of the 4 time were for pizzas and they turned out really well (it did take 1 time for me to figure out I should dust my prep surface with semolina to help the dough from sticking!). I used the Neopolitan setting each time and I got a puffy, crispy crust like you see in a pizza restaurant. The cheese was a little charred as well with the pepperoni and sausage. So good. Then, I cooked a Ribeye Steak I purchased from Gibson’s restaurant in Chicago. I used my cast iron skillet at about 700 degrees. I think it was about 3 minutes per side. TJ e steak had a great crust on it after cooking. I then charred some shishito peppers in the same pan once the steak was resting. About 2 minutes and perfect! I’m looking forward to exploring different foods and pizza types. I’m very pleased with the performance of the oven. I was a little concerned that electric might not perform as well as propane - but that was all put to rest with these meals. So good!"
