"I only say "almost" because the one drawback is that the handle holds onto water after it comes out of the dishwasher. Other than that this is the perfect spatula for my Current Griddle. The spatula is able to be used with a wide variety of food on the grill. I have used it for burgers, sunny side up eggs, and fajitas. It stays looking good after using it and washing it too."
"Highly recommend this spatula. Very solid feel, but lightweight. Not flimsy , easy to clean. Well suited for my griddle cooking, as the food gets very juicy so when I lift the food off the griddle with this spatula, it lets some of the fat and liquid drip thru the holes in it, to avoid a liquid mess. Perfect!"
