"We are enjoying our new G2 grill and we are experimenting uses. We have grilled pork chops, lamb chops and New York steaks so far and we were happy. It would be nice if the drip pan under the elements was lower to help make clean up easier . I am also still waiting on my warming rack that was missing in the shipment. This was reported when I registered the grill. We are looking forward to many more grilling experiences."

"We got off to a rough start - but we're pretty happy now. When we first tried a high temp, it took forever to preheat. But just used it to grill some excellent steaks this weekend - it preheated quickly and maintained the temp well. I seared on the grates and finished with garlic butter on a cast iron pan. I still would like to see some improvements in connectivity/controls with the mobile app."

Once I finally found the current backyard G2 grill I felt like it checked all the right boxes…size was similar to my Weber spirit gas grill, ability to heat to 700 degrees, great tech features and support. The challenge was, what is current backyard? Well having used this grill twice so far I am delighted. I also contacted customer support for some help with setup and got them right away in a Sunday evening and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Really happy with purchase so far and company."
