Directions

Preheat grill to 495° F. Pat salmon dry with paper towel; season as desired.
2.
Insert probe(s) and place fish horizontally on well-oiled grill.
3.
Set probe(s) to your desired level of doneness.
4.
Grill 6 minutes; flip.
5.
Grill until internal temperature reaches desired level of doneness, 4 to 7 minutes, depending on weight.
