Directions

Preheat grill to 525°F. Blot steak dry with paper towel; season as desired.

Insert probe(s) and place steak on well-oiled grill; close lid.
3.
Set probe(s) to your desired level of doneness.
4.
Grill 7 minutes; flip.
5.
Grill until internal temperature reaches desired level of doneness, 7 to 9 minutes depending on thickness.
6.
Remove from grill; let rest 10 minutes.
