Directions

Preheat grill to 525° F.; pat steak dry with paper towel; season as desired.
2.
Insert probe(s) and place steak on well-oiled grill; close lid.
3.
Set probe(s) to your desired level of doneness.
4.
Grill 5 minutes; flip. Continue to grill until probe has reached your desired level of doneness.
5.
Remove from grill; let rest 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
